Once I filled out the request online, I received a reply from Tim containing a proposed date and an estimate for the work. He then also followed up via phone and email to ensure he had all the information about the tasks he would be completing and the supplies he would need. On the day of, he arrived promptly on time, and immediately removed his shoes prior to entering my home. He also had a drop cloth that he carefully laid out. He was so careful and efficient and kind.
